I provide therapy for people who are 18 or over. I provide a self-referral service. This means that you can make your own appointment for an initial assessment session. You do not need to be referred by a professional such as your GP.
I provide appointments at the Clervaux Exchange in Jarrow, the Westoe Practice in South Shields, and also at OH3 in Newcastle upon Tyne. Telephone or online appointments can be provided for people who are unable to attend face to face sessions, or for people who prefer not to attend face to face sessions.
All appointments are 50 minutes. Some reduced fee places are available for people who are on a low income and trainee counsellors.
Daytime, evening and weekend appointments can be provided to fit around your schedule.
Therapy for Individuals:
£57 per session. Appointments that begin at 4.30pm or later are £60. Appointments on Saturdays are £65. Payment is made via bank transfer at the point of booking each session. Please be aware that I am unable to offer a telephone counselling service to people who are not located within the UK at the time of the service being provided.
Couples Therapy:
£70 per session. Appointments that begin at 4.30pm or later are £73. Appointments on Saturdays are £76. Payment is made via bank transfer at the point of booking each session. If you are interested in couples therapy please copy your partner in on your email so that I can reply to both of you.
Corporate Services/Organisations:
£63 per session for individual therapy. If you are enquiring on behalf of an organisation interested in referring employees for counselling please contact me for further information.
